If Were All Like origially from Africa why Are we Different Colours?

Well i Got told recently that we all origially came from Africa & so i ask people Well then why are we different colours & no one really new soo i was wondering if anyone new?

About 60,000 years ago, humans migrated out of Africa. Before that a few human fossils were found in some sites that were inhabited by Neanderthals. These were probably seasonal migrants. In Africa, humans need melanin to protect themselves from skin cancer. The albino gorilla, Snowflake, eventually died of skin cancer. Away from the tropics, the sun may not come out much during winter, so skin cancer is less of a problem. Since humans need vitanmin D for strong bones, and since vitamin D is manufactured by the skin when UV light is absorbed, too much melanin can inhibit the absorption of UV light, and vitamin D production. So, it is more advantageous to have light skin with less melanin if one lives nearer to the polar regions of the earth. Accordingly, Koreans, the Japanese and northern Europeans all evolved lighter skin colors to faciliate vitamin D production. In fact, if you look at albino Africans, you can see many of the features found in some Northern Europeans, such as light skin, blue or green eyes and blond hair. Albino Africans are also susceptibe to skin cancer, just as northern Europeans are if they love the sun too much.
