can i grow medical marijuana in my mobile home park?
I live in Isleton, Calif.,in a mobile home park. I pay rent on the space, however, I do own the mobile home on the property. I was just served a paper saying that I must remove my 6 plants or risk eviction from the park. I have a current medical marijuana card. The yard is fenced in. What are my legal rights pertaining to this?
You have to remove the plants.
They are illegal in the USA. While the card helps you avoid arrest it does not really make them legal and does not deny the owners right to no illegal activity.
