I can only recall him being pinned by Bret Hart at WM8 & by RVD in a tag match back in 2002 when Piper tagged with Shaun O'Hare?
Don't mention Andre The Giant, Im asking on a seperate question for Andre.
Certainly Piper lost a lot of famous matches by Disqualification (The War to Settle the Score, The Wrestling Classic, WrestleMania 2, etc). And we all know that it was Paul Orndorff who got pinned by Hogan in the tag team main event at the first WrestleMania.
However, you have to remember that Piper has been wrestling for pretty much his entire adult life (except when he was filming "They Live" and whatever else). He has had numerous pinfall losses over that career. Here are a few:
2/17/1990 - Dayton, OH: Rick Rude pinned Piper
10/20/1990 - Syracuse, NY: Intercontinental Champion Curt Hennig pinned Piper
5/18/2003 - Charlotte, NC: Mr America (Hulk Hogan) pinned Piper
Plus if you look up the Federation house show results from 1991, you'll see throughout the autumn Piper was pinned many times by Ric Flair after Flair used the ropes for leverage.
Also, you said not to mention Andre, so I assume you know Andre was a guest referee when Piper was pinned by Adrian Adonis at the Nassau Coliseum on January 30, 1987.
Additionally, I also found one thread listing several pinfall losses he had around 1981 in the NWA to the likes of Ric Flair, Wahoo McDaniel, Ricky Steamboat, Jay Youngblood and Tommy Rich.
